Brioche

So besides being cruel and cranky, I also tackled Brioche for the first time today, and it turned out AMAZING! Sometimes yeast breads and I don't always get along well, but, today, we were in beautiful, golden crisp, harmony. This is an orange zest and raisin brioche, that I will serve with peach jam tonight for dessert. The best part was that the kids helped braid it, and Mr K just thought that it was the coolest thing ever to braid dough into a shape that will be bread.


Is is dessert time yet?

Yum, maybe you can bring some to work tomorrow night for the baby or course (or the mother carrying the baby!).
